He has advised numerous international sports personalities including Steven Gerrard, Michael Owen, Michael Ballack, Lawrence Dallaglio, Martin Johnson, Jonny Wilkinson and Amir Khan, to name but a few.

Daniel is an expert on the national and international rules and regulations governing the football industry. In addition to regularly advising agents on FIFA, FA, Premier League and Football League rules, he has an unparalleled record in successfully tutoring aspiring agents to prepare them for the FIFA Players' Agent Examination.

Daniel also advises brands (including Nike, Carlsberg, BT, Aegon), governing bodies (including UK Sport, International Rugby Board, International Tennis Federation) and rights-holders (including Football League Interactive, Rugby World Cup, Celtic Rugby) on commercial rights issues from event staging and management contracts to sponsorship, licensing and merchandising agreements.

Daniel's practice also extends to contentious matters including regulatory and disciplinary issues. Recent work includes running a US$4m arbitration concerning broadcasting rights to cricket matches and appearing before an FA panel in relation to a club's ejection from the FA Cup.
