Fraser is a commercial sports law specialist focusing on the core areas of sports marketing, notably client representation, event management and sponsorship, where he has advised a number of sports agencies and brands (including Nike and sponsors of the Rugby World Cup, Olympics, FIFA World Cup and Euro Championships). He has specialised in the business of sport now for over 10 years.
His primary focus is advising sportsmen and their agents on contracts with clubs, endorsement contracts, image rights agreements and regulatory issues with sports governing bodies. Particular emphasis is on football and advising on player transfers where he has acted in transactions with most Premiership clubs.
