  • Extensive experience in developing and implementing commercial rights programmes for a large number of sports properties and events, advising on intellectual property and media rights strategies and issues in sport, negotiating sponsorship, media, licensing and endorsement contracts, and undertaking policing, litigation and enforcement actions to protect clients' rights.
